Today, as a Parish, we recognize those men and women who further express their love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament by faithfully devoting themselves to the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Apostolate as Head Coordinators, Division Leaders and Hourly Coordinators.

Their dedicated service ensures a secure, reverent and prayerful environment for our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and facilitates the organizational administration of this apostolate.

And so, we begin in prayer…

Lord Jesus, you instituted the Holy Eucharist to be our constant companion all through life. You gave us the Blessed Sacrament in order to be with us, day and night, until the dawn of eternity. We believe the Holy Eucharist is yourself, present among us just as truly as you were present among your disciples in the first century of Christianity. Deepen our faith in your Real Presence now on earth, hidden in the Holy Eucharist, as a prelude to that everlasting Eucharist when you will be with us for all eternity. Deepen our faith in your Eucharistic Presence in our midst. Strengthen our trust in you. Above all, deepen our love for you hidden in the Blessed Sacrament, until we see you face to face in that everlasting day for which we were made. Amen. ¹

Lord, Jesus, we believe you are our God Who became man. We believe you are the God-Man Who instituted the Holy Eucharist as the principal source for your communicating grace to us. But Dear Lord, we know, and teach us to know more deeply, that you will communicate to us what we need, provided we communicate our needs to you and that where you are present in the Holy Eucharist, we too are present, so that asking you for what we need, you will answer our petitions because you are our God. Amen. ²

• We pray Lord that you will continue to bless our Apostolate of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration and grant us the graces we need to help it continue to grow, flourish and produce many fruits. For this we pray to the Lord.

• We pray Lord that you will touch the hearts of those you wish to draw to Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration as adorers or leaders for this apostolate. For this we pray to the Lord.

• We pray Lord that you will bless our pastor and spiritual director of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, (pastor's name). For this we pray to the Lord.

• Lord Jesus, because we believe in your Real Presence, we also trust in your loving mercy. We pray with trust and hope that you will grant these requests according to your Most Holy Will. Amen. For this we pray to the Lord.

Dear Friends in Christ, these men and women have been entrusted with the administration of the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration program to foster a deeper devotion to our Lord Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. I ask them now to make their commitment to this apostolate by responding "I Do."

• Do you promise to be examples of Christian living in faith and conduct and to strive to grow in holiness through your devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, the sacrament of unity in faith and love?

• Do you promise to undertake the duties of leadership in this apostolate in a true spirit of service and out of love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament?

• Do you promise to lead your family members, friends and fellow parishioners to a more intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus through the prayers you say before His Eucharistic Presence?

Gracious Lord, you have promised that you will be with us always, even until the end of the world. Bless our brothers and sisters who are devoted to your enduring Eucharistic Presence with us through our Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Apostolate. May they faithfully persevere in their administration of this devotion always out of love for you and for one another. May this foretaste of heaven, which we experience in Eucharistic adoration, lead all of us to the joys of eternal life in heaven with you.

And may the blessing of Almighty God … Father, Son and Holy Spirit descend upon you and remain with you forever. Amen.
