Eucharistic Adoration Chapel Dedication

To Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament;
to Mary, Mother of the Church, who was His first adorer;
to those visitors who come to this chapel:

to increase their awareness of the Real Presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament;
to draw closer to Him through this awareness;
to profess it through prayer, praise and adoration;
to bring greater honor and glory to God through the acknowledgement of their belief in the Real Presence.

Peace of Christ be with you.

Suggested Prayer #1:

An Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell but most of all because I have offended You, my God, Who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of Your grace to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen

Suggested Prayer #2:

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy

"…This prayer will serve to appease My wrath. You will recite it for nine days, on the beads of the rosary, in the following manner: First of all, you will say one OUR FATHER and HAIL MARY and the I BELIEVE IN GOD. Then on the OUR FATHER beads you will say the following words: ‘Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.’ On the HAIL MARY beads you will say the following words: ‘For the sake of His sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and on the whole world.’ In conclusion, three times you will recite these words: ‘Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.’ (476)"

There is a darkness about us when we refuse to forgive. We live as hypocrites when we approach the altar with unforgiveness in our heart. The God of Mercy waits for you. In St. Faustina's Diary experience the prayers of forgiveness and mercy.

The 10 Commandments (Exodus 20: 1-17)
  1. I am the Lord your God; you shall have no other gods before Me.
  2. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

  4. Honor your father and your mother.
  5. You shall not kill.
  6. You shall not commit adultery.
  7. You shall not steal.
  8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
